The Professional Housing Provider (PHP) Certification is a recognized designation that sets you apart as a knowledgeable, credible, and committed real estate investor. How Do You Earn Your PHP Designation?

To receive your PHP certification, you must complete:

13 Core Classes

7 Elective Classes

60 Total Hours of education

Completed over 18 to 24 months

You can also earn PHP credit through courses offered at National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA) events, giving you even more flexibility in how you complete your hours.

Appraising Real Estate

Finding and Analyzing Deals

Local/Federal Regulations (2 classes required)—choose from Zoning and Land Use; Property Standards, including Code Violations; or Residential Construction Standards

Yes. To keep your certification active, you are required to complete 2 classes (10 hours) of training per year. This ensures you stay current with industry standards and best practices.
